I recently put a live traffic feeder (is that what it’s called?) quite by accident (ha!) on my blog and was able to see HOW MANY readers I have! (At least for the last post I wrote!) I saw that readers visited from Russia, Africa, Australia, Mexico (…readers from Nuevo Leon, Queretaro, Jalisco, Sonora and Chiapas), and many, many parts of the United States. (The live feeder shows someone read from that part of the world, but doesn’t show who visited.)
I had no clue that all you readers came to visit me! (You know how sad it feels when someone comes to visit you and you MISSED their visit?!) Well, I DON’T want to miss your next visit. I know some of you are shy about leaving a comment where everyone might read it. But would you please write me an email (andynanna@hotmail.com) and let me know that you read my blog post (and which one you read)? That would really be an encouragement to me to continue writing!
If my blog post was an encouragement to you in any way, or the Lord used it to touch your heart in some way, it would THRILL me to know. Two ladies who read my last post commented and showed great interest in the little orphans that we visited on our vacation. That blessed my heart to know that the Lord used my writing to touch someone’s heart!
I’m fairly new at blogging, and sometimes wonder if it does some good. (I encourage myself thinking that one day my children will enjoy reading my writings.) And when “Little Ol’ Blogging Me” gets a comment from you, it surely is encouraging to me!
Forgive me if I sound vain. Just remember that your comments help me not to feel so lonely out here in blogging land.
Thank you for taking time to visit me and read what I write. My deepest desire is that the Lord would receive glory for His working in our lives, and that He would use us to encourage others!

I have a feature like that on my blog too and some people visit from France, Italy, Austria and I don't ever hear from them. It's easy to be a lurker, even I do it sometimes, but I agree, I'd rather know who my visitors are and get to know them.
