Along with a sweet couple in our church, Wilber and Yessica, my husband has started bringing some little Indian children to church. It has been such a blessing to watch these children come and to see their excitement at being able to attend church. Please pray that we can show the love of Christ to these children, and that they will all be saved!
--Selling hot dogs to raise money for the church property--
Afterward, we had a cook-out and played ball games. It was a very fun time of fellowship. Here are some photos I took while we were our there.
Liz’s birthday was on Saturday, June 11, and on Sunday evening after church, we surprised her with a cake and gifts.
Precious children...anxiously anticipating a piece of cake!
The Birthday Lady....Doesn't she look great?!
About 2 months ago, a dear lady in our church (Catalina) who sells chicken at the market told me about a lady whose name is Ana Luisa who comes to her stand to buy chicken. Ana Luisa has a baby who has a heart murmer and who needs to have surgery. The surgeon has scheduled her surgery twice, but on the day appointed for the surgery, the baby has had a fever. We went to visit Ana Luisa and to pray for the baby two times. Two weeks ago, we went and invited Ana Luisa to our monthly ladies' prayer breakfast, and we were thrilled to see her come! She also came to our Wednesday evening service and WAS SAVED! We are rejoicing! Please pray for Ana Luisa and her family, and for the health of Baby Lupita.

I loved seeing the hot dog stand for raising money and the church people standing on the land, praying. I know that God has quite a future for your church, which is especially evident by the new people you are bringing in. We are so proud of you!!!
Great blog entry, Anna. I enjoyed it very much. We have been praying for the land for the church and heard that the papers were signed! I am so happy for this! and thankful.
Love you!
