Somewhere in the World Today

“But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.”  John 11:10

SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD TODAY:

Someone needs a light to dispel their darkness.
There is a plea for someone to bring the truth.
Someone prays for peace.
Someone is in spiritual bondage, and is asking God for freedom.

SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD TODAY

God is answering that plea; God is sending the light; God is preparing the way for light to reach into the darkness.
“…Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.”  Acts 10:4

SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD TODAY

A man is answering God’s call.  A man is leaving all.
A lady is parting with her dearest material possessions; she is saying goodbye to mother, and to all things that are familiar.
A boy is saying goodbye to his dog.
A little girl kisses her favorite dolly goodbye.
A dear old lady hugs her pastor and says goodbye.
A new convert sheds tears at saying goodbye to his pastor.
A bus kid hugs his Sunday School teacher goodbye.
A family drives away from a life of comfort.

For the cause of Christ.

And God is answering the cries of someone in spiritual darkness.

“And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,  But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.”  Mark 10:29, 30

I am praying for them. And, that scripture is so true. From personal experience I can say that when you leave all for the gospel, God is faithful to provide everything - houses, family, possessions, fellowship, and everything else.

I also wanted to send you an invitation to join our Facebook group if you're interested. We're trying to start up a new community group for missionary moms . . (https://www.facebook.com/groups/672492636266355)

Both the website and the Facebook group are brand new, so we would love your help in spreading the word and inviting other missionary moms to join!

Blessings in Christ!
